- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: California City: Los Angeles Delineated Area: North: Highway 101 South: Interstate 10 East: South Main Street West: Highway 110 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 43,009 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 46,460 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 52 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 52 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 52 Full Term: Ten (10) years Firm Term: Ten (10) years Additional Requirements: A loading dock that will support at least a 27 foot straight truck. The trust must be able to back into the loading dock without difficult inclines or winding turns to negotiate. Offered space must be able to provide a floor plate with a minimum of two (2) contiguous floors and a maximum of four (4) contiguous floors. Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered, and contact information of authorized representative. In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, written acknowledgement/permission to represent multiple interested parties for the same submission. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
