- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.Solicitation number A12PS00360 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-55. The complete text of any provisions and clauses may be accessed in full text at http;//farsite.hill.af.mil. The solicitation is set-aside for small business under NAICS code 238220, with a small business size standard of $14M. PROVIDE The scope of this procedure is the structured cabling and installation of a LAN/phone system for the Wind River Agency Office of Justice Services in two side by side modular buildings. A detailed Statement of Work, spec and drawing can be obtained by contacting Kris Kohlhoff at the Rocky Mountain Regional Contracting Office at 406-247-7941. A site visit is scheduled for January 19, 2012 at 1:00pm at Wind River Agency, Office of Justice Services, Buildings 15990, Highway 287, Ft Washakie, WY 82514. Please supply the following along with your price proposal. 1. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical approach, past performance and price. Technical and past performance when combined are equal to price. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer's specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award.
