Description

SOURCES SOUGHT: This is a source sought announcement only. This is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this announcement is to determine the avalibility of qualified commercial sources such as 8(a), HubZone, Small Disadvantage, Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, Veteran-Owned Small Business, Woman-Owned Small Business and small business relative to NAICS Code 621498, size standard $10.0 Million. Responses will be used to determine appropriate acquisition decisions. The Atlanta VA Medical Center, 1671 Clairmont Road Decatur, GA 30033 is seeking sources for a potential contract to provide outpatient sleep study services for eligible veteran patients. The contractor(s) shall provide sleep study services to include the performance of diagnostic studies and interpretation in accordance with the terms and conditions noted herein: Polysomnography shall be provided to veterans for diagnosis including post-Polysomnography follow-up the morning of sleep study completion to review results with the veteran for Dyssomnias and Parasomnias, Medical/Psychiatric Sleep Disorders, and Possible nocturnal seizures. The intended period of performance shall be for a period of 5 years to include a base year, with 4 additional one year option years. Responses to this sought shall include the following: 1. No solicitation is available at this time; this is to acquire market research information only. Vendors interested in providing a proposal shall respond to a published solicitation that will be issued separately.
