- NOTICE OF DECISION TO CONTRACT WITH A SINGLE-SOURCE: The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), on behalf of the Transportation Safety Institute (TSI) proposes to acquire by single source acquisition, services for the purposes of development, revision, and instruction for NHTSA's (National Highway Traffic Safety Administration) Occupant Protection, Impaired Driving, and Data Analysis courses. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, intends to award a Purchase Order to James L. Nichols of Vienna, VA (DUNS 118732960). This procurement is considered to be single-source based on the unique qualifications and specialized expertise. This announcement is for informational purposes only, not a Solicitation/Request for Proposal.
