- J-H2 DD-254 Security Classification Form J-L4 Staff Transitioning Estimate CMTSS Solicitation J-L3 Contractor Performance Survey J-B1 Pricing Submission Worksheet J-H1 Wage Determination WD 05-2103 J-C2 Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan J-L1 Past Performance Data Sheet J-C1 Performance Work Statement J-L2 Past Performance Questionnaire Washington Headquarter Services (WHS) Acquisition and Procurement Office (A & PO) is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation (HQ0034-12-R-0002) in order to locate a qualified contractor, which can provide Construction Management Technical Support Services for the Facilities Services Directorate (FSD). The Facilities Services Directorate (FSD) maintains and operates Department of Defense (DoD) facilities in the National Capitol Region (NCR-Northern Virginia, DC, and MD). The requirement will be solicited as full and open. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541611 (Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services). The solicitation will be awarded as a single award - firm fixed priced level of effort ID/IQ type contract. The actual amount of work to be performed and the time of such performance will be determined by the Contracting Officer, who will issue written task orders to the contractor. The contract awarded under this solicitation will have a maximum/NTE amount of $70,000,000.00 and a minimum guarantee of $10,000.00. Task orders issued under the contract will range from $240,000.00 to $16,000,000.00 (for the base year). The geographic locations where the work will be performed will be the Pentagon Reservation, Arlington, VA Mark Center, Alexandria,VA and the Raven Rock Mountain Complex (RRMC) in Adams County, PA. Due to the sensitive nature of the work, contractors must be able to obtain a facility clearance. Offerors shall refer to the Construction Management Technical Support Service solicitation and its attachments, for detailed information regarding this requirement. Questions regarding the solicitation must be received by 10:00am on 06 January 2012. Proposals must be received by 2:00pm on 23 January 2012. The solicitation will be distributed solely through the Federal Business Opportunities web-site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site.
