- Description
- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Ft. Stewart, Georgia anticipates issuing a solicitation for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for interior and exterior painting and miscellaneous repairs to various buildings at both Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield, GA. The solicitation is restricted to eligible 8A firms having a bona fide office located in Region IV: including Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, Florida, Mississippi, Kentucky, North Carolina and Tennessee only. NAICS code is 238320, with a size standard of $14 Million. The magnitude of this project for the base year and three 1 year options is greater than $10 million. Any resultant contract will be firm- fixed price and award will be based on the lowest responsive bid received from a responsible contractor. Solicitation number is W9124M-12-B-0001 and will be available for downloading at the Army Single Face Industry website https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. Potential bidders are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package and any amendments. All bidders must be registered with the Central Contractors Registry (CCR) and must also complete Offeror Representations and Certifications (ORCA) online at www.bpn.gov prior to submitting a bid. No paper copes of the solicitation will be mailed. The anticipated posting of the Invitation of Bid (IFB) will be on or about 6 February 2012.
