- Description
- The U.S. Coast Guard Air Station Sacramento, McClellan, California, has a need for a Contractor to supply flight meals at 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The Government will order meals on Thursday or Friday for each of the days of the following week. The Contractor shall provide and deliver the following: • Freshly cooked hot breakfasts to be delivered on the day of use. The contractor shall have a minimum of 4 different hot breakfast types and shall rotate their use. • The Contractor shall have a minimum of 6 different Cold Box Lunches types and shall rotate their use. • The contractor shall provide complete frozen dinner meals (i.e. Hungry-Man, Lean Cuisine, etc.). Meals have to be capable of being heated in a non-microwave aircraft oven. Frozen meals shall be stored at the Air Station and resupplied upon request. When delivered frozen meals shall have a minimum shelf life of 6 months. • Coffee shall be stored at the Air Station and resupplied upon request. Coffee shall be provided in 8 ounce packages of coffee. • Non Dairy Creamer and Sugar in individual serving sized packets shall be stored at the Air Station and resupplied upon request. The contractor shall deliver meals and coffee as ordered to U.S. Coast Guard Air Station Sacramento at 6:00 A.M. local time, Monday through Sunday, including all federal, state, and local holidays.
