- NSN 1670-01-035-0629, PR number 42845574, DISCONNECT ASSEMBLY used on life support equipment. The solicitation ISSUE DATE is January 13, 2012 with a CLOSING DATE of February 13, 2012. Solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price Definite Quantity contract for 1 each to be shipped to Tracy, CA, and 72 each to be shipped to New Cumberland, PA. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size. Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C)(1). Approved sources are CONAX FLORIDA CORPORATION, CAGE 62323, P/N 024-700191-9, and CARLETON LIFE SUPPORT SYSTEMS INC., CAGE 99251, P/N 024-700191-9. Terms and Conditions are FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin with delivery being 186 days After Receipt of Order. This item has higher level inspection, configuration control, life support, critical application, and production lot test requirements. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Automated Best Value System (AVBS) and/or the Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters.
