The item intended source is: Transdigm, Inc. (CAGE 79326) P/N: SN72H4. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, nor can the information be furnished by the government. This procurement is SOLE SOURCE to Transdigm, Inc. (CAGE 79326) P/N: SN72H4. Any manufacturer, other than CAGE 79326) P/N: SN72H4, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) information may be found via http://www.dscr.dla.mil/sarguide.doc. This solicitation will result in an UNRESTRICTED Firm Fixed Price contract for 4 each. This is a Critical Application Item. This item is subject to Configuration Control and Export Control. The following terms apply: FOB Destination; Inspection / Acceptance Origin. Delivery for this procurement will be DLA DIRECT (STOCK) ship to: Tracey, CA 95304-5000. Production delivery will be 210 days after receipt of order (DARO). Automated Best Value System (ABVS) and Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR) apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be January 9, 2012 with a closing date of February 8, 2012. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
