- Description
- The United States Marine Corps (USMC) has a requirement for a Hull Survivability Demonstrator (HSD). The USMC intends to solicit proposals on a full and open basis for the design, fabrication, and delivery of a HSD. The Government anticipates awarding multiple Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contracts for delivery of one (1) HSD per vendor. FAR Part 15 procedures will be used. Deliverables shall include the assembled demonstrator, associated test consumables, maintenance support during demonstration period, and design and analysis documentation. HSD delivery is required in January 2013. Maintenance support is anticipated from April 2013 through July 2013. The Solicitation Number for this requirement is M67854-12-R-0002. Solicitation release is anticipated on or around 30 January 2012. This requirement will be subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), 22 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Sections 120-130.
