- This announcement is associated with a previous notice under W9113M11SSTESL and W9113M11SSTESL01 which were posted previously. This is a DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (MAIDIQ) type contract to satisfy the requirements that fall within the Scope of Work (SOW) entitled Test Execution Services and Launch Augmention (TESTLA). All questions and comments to this DRAFT RFP shall be submitted electronically to the Contracting Officer diana.mccown@smdc.army.mil no later than 10 January 2012 at 1500 CST. The proposed acquisition strategy is: a. Multiple-Award Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) with a two -year base and two, six month options (to be exercised only if D3I is not awarded). b. The contract level ceiling is estimated at $220M, to be shared among awardees c. The PROJECTED SCHEDULE for TESTLA is revised as follows: Finalize Contract Requirements 4th Qtr FY11 Issue Draft Request for Proposal (DRFP) 1st Qtr FY12 Industry Day Tentative for 24 Jan 12 Issue Final RFP 2nd Qtr FY12 Receive Proposals 3rd Qtr FY12 Contract Awards (early)4th Qtr FY12
