- Addition of thirteen (13) National Stock Numbers (NSNs) to Schedule of Supplies to support Integrated Logistics Partnership (ILP) Customer Pay High Mobility, Multi-Purpose, Wheeled Vehicles (HMMWV) Program. Fully supply chain management is a requirement of the ILP contract, performed sole source by AM General, LLC (Cage 34623). The following NSNS are being added: NSN 2320-01-560-7672 5935-01-564-0520 7690-01-593-9590 9905-01-555-8180 2510-01-545-5898 2510-01-545-5899 2540-01-545-7418 3110-01-563-5247 3110-01-564-6162 4010-01-466-0849 4210-00-885-5724 5340-01-461-1083 5340-01-554-8280 The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as cited in FAR 6.302-1. This synopsis is being published for informational purposes only; the proposed contract action is made under the terms of an existing contract that was previously synopsized in SPM7L1-08-R-0006. Further determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
