- The purpose of this amendment is provide clarification for the following question: Question: Should the Portable Air Compressor be shipped in a ready-to-run condition, i.e., with fuel, oil, etc.? Answer: The Portable Air Compressor shall be delivered without fuel, oil, etc. The compressor will be made ready to run after delivery. The solicitation closing date remains unchanged.
