- Description
- The Army Contracting Command located at Redstone Arsenal Huntsville, Alabama intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract on a Full and Open Competition basis. This requirement is to design, develop, integrate, test, deliver and install two (2) Black Hawk Maintenance Trainers with the option of four (4) Black Hawk Maintenance Trainers, UH-60M (BHMT-M) for the United States Army Aviation Logistics School (USAALS) at Fort Eustis, VA. The training will provide an environment for training Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) 15T10 and 15T30 helicopter repair personnel to maintain UH-60M aircraft. This solicitation will be available for downloading on and about the issue date of 23 January 2012. The Government will award a contract resulting from the solicitation to the responsive responsible offerer whose proposal is determined to offer the best value to the Government based upon the Government's evaluation of Technical, Schedule, Price and Past Performance factors.
