- This posting constitutes the United States Military Academy's notice of intent to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to Proquest LLC, 789 East Eisenhower Parkway, Ann Arbor MI 48106, for online data base journals for the period 01-01-2012 to 12-31-2012. The award amount is estimated at $47,907. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10U.S.C.2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satify agency requirements. The applicable NAICS Code is 519130 and the size standard of 500 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for a quotation or a solicitation of offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement upon receipt of response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. THERE WILL BE NO SOLICITATION ISSUED.
