- IQC11334009047, this solicitation will contain 1 NSN (3120-01-136-6164) for a BUSHING, SLEEVE. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. This item is manufactured to a : MCDONNELL DOUGLAS HELICOPTER CO (Cage 8V613) "Configuration Controlled Drawing" 74A110950 REVISION B, P/N:74A110950-2015. Approved Sources: FEDERAL HARLOW AEROSTRUCTURES LLC (Cage 14248) P/N 74A110950-2015, MERCER PRODUCTS & MANUFACTURING CO (Cage 30205) P/N 74A110950-2015 and CARDEN MACHINE SHOP INC (Cage 18463) P/N 74A110950-2015. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1). This is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. The FOB point is Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. The required delivery for is 72 days ARO. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The contract will be effective for a one-year period with the option to extend the term of the contract up to four (4) one-year periods. The estimated annual quantity is 252 per contact period. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 63 each (base year only) and an annual maximum quantity of 378 each. The minimum delivery order is 63 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 252 each. Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is 29 DEC 11 (anticipated closing date of 30 JAN 11 ), anticipated award date is MAR 2012. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26.
