- Description: (Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date.) The Embassy of the United States in Pretoria, South Africa intends to issue a solicitation for accommodation services in Pretoria, Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban in South Africa. The annual estimate of number of room nights required is a minimum of 20 room nights and a maximum of 10,000 room nights. These requirements may change depending on funding availability in forthcoming periods. Anticipated performance is for one base year and two option years at the discretion of the US Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The Government plans to issue the solicitation in January, 2012. Again, this solicitation will be issued via the Embassy website - no paper copies will be mailed. Note: The response date in this synopsis is not a firm date please see the solicitation for the actual date.
