- NSN: 3110-00-674-8100, Bearing, Ball, Annular, Configuration Controlled to Fairchild Controls Corporation (CAGE CODE 01359), In Accordance With Latest Revision for Part Number 30102, and Approved Source of Supply: Barden Corporation (CAGE CODE 70854). Inspection and Acceptance is at Origin and FOB Destination. Requested delivery is 214 Days ARO. This NSN is Configuration Controlled, Critical Application, and Higher Level Contract Quality and Assurance. End Item Description: AIRCRAFT, HERCULES C-130, AIRCRAFT, GALAXY C-5, MISSILE, PATRIOT, AIRCRAFT, HERCULES C-130F, AIRCRAFT, HERCULES KC-130, and AIRCRAFT, SOF (AC-130H, MC-130H, EC-130E, HC-130, MC-130W). Item is not Critical Safety Item (CSI) per SAP on December 13, 2011. In addition, reverse auctioning clause 52.215-9023 will not be included in the solicitation. Surge and Sustainment does not apply. DFARS Clause 252.225.7016 will apply. Procurement is DLA Direct (Stock). Request For Proposal (RFP) will result in a Long Term Contract (LTC) and Contract Type is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with One Base Year and Four Options Years (Base plus Option Years are 12 months each). The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity is 75 each, Minimum Stock Delivery Order Quantity is 75 each, Maximum Stock Delivery Order Quantity is 300 each, Estimated Annual Demand Quantity is 300 each, and the Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 600 each. This RFP will be solicited as Unrestricted with Other Than Full and Open Competition. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the RFP.
