- Single award term contract for Department of Health & Human Services/Centers for Disease Control, Atlanta, GA. Beginning February 1, 2012 and ending January 31, 2013, with four possible option years. Quality Level 2 is required. These specifications cover the production of self- and separate-cover pamphlets requiring such operations as electronic prepress, printing (including four-color process), binding, affixing labels, mailing, and delivery. FREQUENCY OF ORDERS: Approximately 54 to 57 orders per year. QUANTITY: Approximately 5,000 to 10,000 copies per order. NUMBER OF PAGES: Approximately 12 to 200 pages. TRIM SIZE: 8.5 x 11'. Ship f.o.b. contractor's city for mailed shipments and deliver f.o.b. destination for all other shipments, primarily to Altoona, PA, and Atlanta, GA, metropolitan areas. Complete production and delivery is required within four workdays for the weekly publication; the balance of the orders typically require delivery within 4 to 10 workdays.
