- (Subject Continued) ILlinois at Lockport Lock and Dam, Illinois Waterway, Will County, Illinois. RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): Walsh Construction Company, Chicago, Illinois - W912EK-09-C-0097 - Lockport Lock and Dam Major Rehabilitation Contract Award Amount equals $47,747,933.39 Recovery Funds, and $19,299,827.96 Non-Recovery Funds. Contrator shall provide a helper boat to assist navigation within on-half mile upstream of the Lockport Lock to assist tows entering and exiting the Lock, passing construction areas, and any other assistance to navigation as necessary. The helper boat shall be available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, including holidays, whenever the Contractor has floating plant within one-half mile upstream of the Lockport Lock, the tow haulage unit is out of service, or when contruction operations are being accomplished which extend out beyond the face of the canal wall within on-half mile upstream of the Lockport Lock.
