- This is the combined synopsis/solicitation for a requirement of (2) 3 ton cranes. Please see the attached document for the exact requirement. 3 ton bridge crane, 3 ton capacity, under hung, motorized crane, designed to operate on 3.33 inch flange runways, 30FT span between 2 runways, 4FT overhang on each end, 38FT overall length. Maximum Wheel Load: 2500lbs (5000lbs per 2 wheel trolley), Maximum Crane Weight (not including hoist): 4000lbs crane, travel speed controlled by 2-speed adjustable drive, 75 FPM Maximum. Crane Shall meet requirements of ANSI Specification MH27.1 Class 'C' Service Hoist: 3 ton capacity, electric chain hoist with motorized trolley 25FT lift, 15 FPM lifting speed, 2-speed trolley radio control to operate crane, hoist and trolley motors. Radio control to include rechargeable batteries and charger. Crane/Hoist Voltage: 460 Volt/3 Phase
