- Provide online access to BioOne I and BioOne II Collections (list found in the solicitation document) for the United States Army Corps of Engineers Electronic Library for desktop access for all employees. This solicitation is a request for quote and is issued unrestricted. The NAICS code 511120 will apply with a size standard of 500 employees. The solicitation will be posted to the FedBizOpps website, www.fbo.gov on or about 15 December 2011. The date and time for receipt of quotes will be on 21 December 2011, 2:00 p.m. CST. It is the offerors responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps website for amendments to the solicitation. The resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract in accordance with the solicitation procedures outlined in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items/Services. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. The solicitation will not be available in paper format. All documents required for the offer submittal, including amendments to the offer submittal, shall be in hard copy or electronic submittal.
