- Description
- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Installation Contracting Office, Fort Leonard Wood, MO has a requirement for the maintenance and repair of elevators. The contractor will be required to furnish all personnel, equipment, parts, materials, lubricants, transportation, and supervision to provide full preventative maintenance, adjustment, replacement, and repair for approximately 34 elevators on the cantonment. This is a Performance-Based Service that will be awarded as a Requirements ("D" type) contract. Award is anticipated to be for a base year and three (3) options years. The Performance Work Statement and all applicable documents will be provided when the formal Invitation for Bid (IFB) is issued. The anticipated release date of the IFB is 9 January 2012. A solicitation mailing list will not be maintained for this procurement; all solicitation documents will be available electronically. It is the responsibility of the offeror to register for notifications/updates to this procurement via the applicable websites (FedBizOpps and Army Single Face to Industry).
