- The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has an ongoing requirement for Bruker Axs Lab Equipment Maintenance for D8 Discover with GADDS for CS. ATF has determined that it is in the Government's best interest to award this requirement with a base year and up to 4 option years. The vendor, software and estimated cost(s) for Years 2012-2016 are identified below. • Bruker AXS Inc, located 5465 East Cheryl Parkway, Madison, WI 53711, Estimated Value Not-to-Exceed $143,800.20. Bruker Axs is the sole proprietor of this software; therefore, under the authority of FAR6.302-1, in conjunction with FAR 12, ATF intends to negotiate and award an Order on a sole-source basis to Bruker Axs. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED; NOR WILL PROPOSALS BE REQUESTED. Interested parties, should there be, may email their technical literature showing their capability of meeting the Government's requirement to the Contract Specialist listed by the close of this Announcement.
