Description
Synopsis: SOURCES SOUGHT. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential Small Businesses, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, Hubzone Small Businesses, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses and Woman Owned Small Businesses. The USPFO for Vermont, anticipates the solicitation and award of multiple IDIQ contracts to accomplish as task orders, a broad range of maintenance, repair and construction services over a base period of two years and three (3) one year options. '. The magnitude of these projects is between $200 and $5,000,000. Individual contract ceilings will be $20,000,000. All interested Small Business concerns will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intention to submit a proposal as a prime contractor no later than 27 January 2012. This notification, which shall not exceed five typewritten pages, shall include the following to be considered a (1) positive statement of intent to bid as a prime contractor, and (2) a completed and signed Source Sought Information Request, posted with this announcement and (3) A listing of projects completed during the past three years, both for government and private industry. The type of project, dollar value, Contract number, location, and Point of Contact are to be included. Indicate if you were prime or subcontractor. (4) A brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract. In the event adequate Small Business contractors are not available for adequate competition for this project, it will be advertised as unrestricted. Information shall be provided via mail to USPFO for VT, Attn: Mr. James A. Belaski, 789 Vermont National Guard Road, Bldg 3 Camp Johnson, Colchester, VT 05446 or email: james.belaski@us.army.mil.
