- Purchase Request 0043608130. This solicitation will contain NSN 5895-01-433-4631, Coupler, Indicator. Request for Proposal SPM4A6-12-R-1011, is for a Firm Fixed Price, Definite Quantity Contract for a quantity of 85 each. A DD Form 254 for Classified Drawing will apply. Export Control Applies. Solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. This will include a 100% option. Quantity variance is plus/minus 0%. The requested delivery will be 140 DARO. Approved sources are as follows: - CAGE 96341, P/N 8438-S656 - CAGE 97942, P/N 585R930H03 NSN is not a Critical Safety Item. NSN is not a commercial item. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price and past performance. Formal Cost and Pricing Data is required. A Subcontracting Plan is required. EEO clearance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met. Progress Payments are not included as conditions at FAR 32.501-2(c) have not been met. Synopsis was posted to Federal Business Opportunities on December 15, 2011. Solicitation issue date is January 3, 2012. Solicitation closing date is February 3, 2012. The estimated award date is March 6, 2012.
