- SPECIFICATIONS AND DRAWINGS SOLICITATION NO. 95861 FOR COMPLETION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for three self supporting laminated wood structures prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested. A written solicitation is attached for completion. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and the reference number is DE-RQ65-12WD95861. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53. Written quotes on the solicitation are required (oral offers will not be accepted). Submission of quotes must be in accordance with FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Items. The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced, technically acceptable, responsible offeror and is the most advantageous to the Government. This is a 100 percent small business set-aside. The NAICS Code is 321213 and the size standard is 500 employees or less. This requirement will result in a firm fixed-price contract. REQUIREMENTS: Refer to the solicitation FOB: CLIN 0001, 0002, 0003 for delivery to Western Area Power Administration, 700 North Bismarck, ND 58501. To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this RFQ, Offerors must be registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, no exceptions.
