PR No: 0042129458; this solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Synchronizing Ring utilized on the F101 Aircraft Engine. This solicitation is for award of a definite quantity contract. Government FAT applies. Configuration Control applies. Export Control applies. CAGE 31417 P/N 1286M59G01 ELECTRO-METHODS INC. CAGE 33617 P/N 1286M59G01 43 ea Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, 90 days for FAT 180 days for FAT evaluation 365 days for production Total delivery is 635 days ARO The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Interested parties may obtain copies of Military and Federal Specifications and Standards, Qualified Product Lists, Military Handbooks, and other standardization documents from DoD Single Stock Point (DODSSP), in Philadelphia, PA. Most documents are available in Adobe PDF format from the ASSIST database via the Internet at http://assist.daps.mil. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. Conditions for evaluation and acceptance of offers for part numbered items cited in the acquisition identification description (AID): This agency has no data available for evaluating the acceptability of alternate products offered. In addition, to the data required in subparagraph (c) (2) of clause L17C01 (52.217-9002), the offeror must furnish drawings and other data covering the design, materials, etc., of the exact product cited in the AID, sufficient to establish that the offeror's product is equal to the product cited in the AID.
