- This serves as notice that the United States Government has accepted an offer to lease 232.87 rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 215.75 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet for a new lease for the DHS Transportation Security Administration. The lease has been awarded to County of Grand located in Moab, UT. Commencing November 1, 2011 through October 31, 2021, the U.S. Government shall pay the Lessor annual rent of $5,671.92 for a fully serviced lease at the rate of $480.16 per month. Said rent shall consist of a shell rental in the amount of $5,671.92 annually. The lease terms are set at 120 months and 60 months firm. GSA may terminate this lease after 5 th anniversary of the commencement of the term with 90 days written notice to the Lessor.
