- The Air Armament Center, Operational Contracting Division, Eglin AFB, Florida, intends to solicit and award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract for FEM HMX B/5 Explosive Powder to BAE Ordinance Systems, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The North American Industry Classification System for this acquisition is 325920, small business size standard: 750 people. However, the government will consider all responses received within 5 days of publication.
