- Description
- The General Services Administration has a requirement for Operation and Mechanical Maintenance and Elevator Maintenance and Repairs at the Martin V. Bostetter Courthouse located in Alexandria, VA. This procurement is a competitive 8(a) set-aside source selection procurement with award being made to the offeror whose combination of technical and price proposals represents the best value to the Government. The procurement will be for a period of one year with the Government having the unilateral right to extend the services for 4 additional periods of 12 months. This is firm fixed price procurement. Prices for the option period will be escalated in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act. Electronic copies of the solicitation will be issued on or about December 29, 2011 and the responses will be due on or about January 27, 2012. The NAIC code for this procurement is 561210.
