- Solicitation W912HN-12-T-0005 This solicitation is for an evaluation of the operation practices of the three hydroelectric power plants on the Savannah River. The goal of the study is to explore options for increased efficiency through automation upgrades and/or remote operation while assuring that plant safety, reliability, and availability requirements are still met. Please see the solicitation which includes the scope of work for more information. Offerors must register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov in order to be eligible to receive an award from any Government solicitation.
