- The United States Government Seeks to Lease Office Space in Tampa, Florida Requirement: The U.S. Department of Agriculture is interested in leasing a minimum of 5,600 to a maximum of 5,840 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet, available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment in Tampa, Florida. The Government requires a covered area of 350 square feet outside the light industrial space along with 28 onsite secured parking spaces for Government vehicles and 5 onsite visitor parking spaces. 28 employee parking spaces must be located onsite or within one block of offered space. The offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the lease. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The delineated area is as follows: North: Martin Luther King Blvd. South: Palm River Road East: Falkenburg Road North West: Highway 301 This is an inquiry for available space and is not to be construed as an invitation for bid.
