- The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) intends to issue a sole source award to Thomson/West, 610 Opperman Drive, Saint Paul, MN 55123-1340 for subscriptions to Westlaw Databases. Thomson/West is the only responsible source of the services needed by the agency and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. Thomson/West provides exclusive access to databases that are utilized by members of the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board for critical legal research. The estimated value of this award is $388,231.08 for a base year with four one-year optional periods of performance.
