- REQUEST FOR OFFER (RFO) No. DTFAAC-12-R-51725 FOR TELEDYNE COAXIAL SWITCHES The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for the acquisition of Teledyne brand coax switches as specified in the attached RFQ (Request for Quotation). No other brands or substitutions will be considered. The DOT/FAA anticipates the award of a Firm-Fixed-Price type purchase order. All offers are due by 8:00 a.m., Central Standard Time (Oklahoma Time), on Tuesday, December 27, 2011. Quotes shall be submitted by e-mail to Lori Lemons, at lori.lemons@faa.gov. Please reference RFQ DTFAAC-12-R-51725 on your quote. This RFO is not to be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation and submission of proposals. Therefore any cost associated with the proposal submission is solely at the interested vendor's expense. The FAA has decided to do a full and open competition for this RFO. Prior to award of a purchase order, all contractors must be registered and active for award with the Central Contractor Registration, www.ccr.gov. All questions pertaining to this announcement should be addressed in writing to the Contract Specialist, Lori Lemons, at e-mail address lori.lemons@faa.gov.
