- This is a modification to the synopsis/solicitation entitled NASA DRYDEN PROTECTIVESERVICES SOLICITATION NO. NND11368703R which was posted on December 12, 2011. Thisammendment is issued to clarify the Small Business Set-Aside Code for this procurementaction as follows:This procurement action is specifically set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-OwnedSmall Business (SDVOSB) concerns. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 561612 and $18.5M,respectively. See solicitation clause I.8 -- 52.219-27 NOTICE OF TOTAL SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNEDSMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE (May 2004). Also reference solicitation provision K.7 --52.219-1 SMALL BUSINESS PROGRAM REPRESENTATIONS (APR 2011)regarding size standardcertification requirements. All responsible Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned small businesses may submit an offer,which shall be considered by the agency. Offers received from concerns that are notservice-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns shall not be considered.The due date for responses is not extended.Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. Thesedocuments will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWWbrowser application. The Internet site, or URL, for the NASA/DFRC Business Opportunitieshome page is http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=D&pin=24 Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation andany amendments.
