No telephone requests will be accepted. NOUN: CONTAINER ASSEMBLY; PRON: D11B0059D1, NSN: 1055-01-585-9763, PN: 13214801-1, Quantity: 6 each applicable to the MLRS Weapon System (EF). F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Ft. Sill, OK, 73503-5100. Required delivery is 6 each, 85 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to Lockheed Martin Corporation, Cage Code 64059, because the data needed to procure this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
