- This is a pre-solicitation notice that a solicitation is scheduled to be released via FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov) in the near future detailing requirements for a service titled: Elevator Maintenance Service for McNary Dam. The contractor must provide personnel, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform routine cleaning, maintenance, repair, inspection and servicing, adjustments and calibrations, to the elevator equipment, appurtenances and accessories on three (3) elevators - and must ensure compliance with the latest edition of the American Standard Safety Code for Elevators and all other applicable laws, regulations, rules, ordinances, codes, etc. This is scheduled to be a Firm Fixed Price, performance based, service contract with a base + two (2) option periods. The solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.fbo.gov) when released. Solicitation due date will be noted at that time. A site visit will be scheduled and details will be included with the Solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System code for this requirement is 238290.
