- The material to be procured is a Feed, Tray, 2076 AY, NSN 1005-01-032-8143 in accordance with Drawing 19200 11825987 and all current related data. Delivery is to be in 355 Days, FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin to various stock locations. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. This solicitation is Unrestricted. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Technical drawings/bid sets are available. Based on martket research this item is manufactured for military use onlyu and is not commercial; therefore the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12 for its solicitation for this item. However interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance. All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. For shipment to various stock locations. The solicitation contains a 100% Option which may be exercised at a later date at the discretion of the Government. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 28 Dec 11.
