- 3 year ML Warranty Description Attachment to Instructions to Offerors Instructions to Offerors document (also see Attachment to Instructions to Offerors) Purchase Description (12M-269AB-FL) Liquid Flow Calibrators - High/Low Range NOTICE TO INTERESTED PARTIES. Request for comments. AFMETCAL at Heath OH intends to issue a solicitation at some future date for the purchase of Liquid Flow Calibrators (High Range and Low Range). Posted to this site are the Purchase Description and Instructions to Offerors. The anticipated total quantity of Low Range Calibrators is 10 each (2 each in FY12, 4 each in FY13, and 4 each in FY14) and anticipated total quantity of High Range Calibrators is 10 each (3 each in FY12, 3 each in FY13, and 4 each in FY14). When solicited, the requirement will ask for pricing for a 1 year standard warranty and for a 3 year ML Warranty (posted at this site for review) for each unit and data requirements. The pre-solicitation number is FA2263-12-Q-0033 and shall be referenced on all correspondence submitted. This request for comments shall not be construed as a Request for Proposal or as an obligation on the part of the Government. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this request or otherwise pay for the requested information. Interested parties should carefully review the attached documents and submit comments to Becky Smith, AFMETCAL, 813 Irving-Wick Dr. W., Bldg. 2, Heath OH 43056-1199 by 11 January 2012 at 4:00 PM EST. Facsimile submissions to 740-788-5157 are permissible with the follow-up of an original sent by mail. Electronic submissions to Rebecca.smith@afmetcal.af.mil are permissible.
