- A Request for Proposal(RFP) will be issued on an unrestricted basis with Other than Full and Open Competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Unrestricted Procurement. Purchase Request 0044055190, authorizes this procurement. RFP SPM4A512R1231, NSN 5940-00-307-7618. Contract type is a Firm-Fixed Price type contract. This item currently has two approved sources of supply: GE AVIATION SYSTEMS LLC CAGE 058R3 P/N F1405 and MEGGITT (NEW HAMPSHIRE), INC CAGE 58880 P/N F1405. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This solicitation is for a total quantity of 21 EA. The solicitation terms include FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Destination. The delivery requested is 100 DARO. This requirement is for DLA Direct. This is a Critical Application Item and Configuration Control Applies. The solicitation issue date is December 28th, 2011. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil) on the issue date cited above. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
