- Description
- Limited Source Justification document in support of a new software purchase for the Air Force 35 IS located at Lackland, AFB, TX. This Limited Source Justification docmunent is being posted to FBO for a period of 30 days to satisfy the the posting requirement specified under FAR subpart 8.405-6 entitled "Limited Sources." The purpose of this document is to justify the purchase of software items peculiar to one manufacturer, Sybase, Inc. This order is being placed against Army CHESS BPA No. DAAB15-99-A-1003 within the terms and conditions of Sybase's GSA Schedule GS-35F-5212H. The order is expected to exceed the simplified aquisition threshold and will not exceed $650,000. 16 Dec 2011 is the anticipated delivery order award date.
