- Note: It is anticipated that the solicitation will result in multiple awards; the government may make up to five awards. Solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns. Description: Work expected to be performed under any resulting contracts shall consist of New Construction & Maintenance, Repair and Rehabilitation (MMR) situations relating to, but not limited to, construction of new structures or facilities, energy conservation, environmental, logistical, and operations, as well as related areas in MRR; work may include, but not be limited to foundation and site work; concrete construction; masonry construction; metals; carpentry; thermal/moisture protection; earthwork; curtain walls, doors, windows, glass; finished materials; fencing; communications; elevators/conveying Systems; mechanical/electrical; demolition and removal; roads/paving; bridge/culvert repair; painting. Minor Services may include work that is considered ancillary to the construction work that will be provided under this contract. Such services may include minor inspections, repairs, testing, and/or preventative maintenance. Solicitation is subject to the availability of funds; guaranteed minimum for each year is estimated at $25,000.00 to be divided equally among the successful offerors ($5,000.00 per contract). The maximum estimated value over the life of the contract is $249 Million; a total of five years is contemplated (base and four option periods). NAICS is 236220/$33.5 Million. This solicitation will be available on or about 11 January 2012.
