- Online access to the JSTOR Arts & Sciences I, II and VII and Biological Sciences Collections. Access will be for one year and available for Corps wide access through the USACE Rock Island District Library. This solicitation is a request for quote and is issued as unrestricted. NAICS code 511120 will apply with the size standard of 500 employees. the solicitation will be posted to the FedBizOpos website, www.fbo.gov, on or about December 14, 2011. The date and time for receipt of quotes will be December 21, 2011, 2:00 pm CST. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the website for amendments to the solicitation. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration at www.ccr.gov. The solicitation will not be available in paper format. All shall be in hard copy or electronic submittal. No faxes will be accepted.
