- Description
- The IRS Office of Treasury Procurement Services (OTPS) intends to negotiate a sole source contract for maintenance services for a OCE 650 Digital Copier to OCE' Government Services, INC, 4501 Ford Ave, Suite 1100, Alexandria, VA 22302. Maintenance services on the OCE 650 Copier are needed to support the Graphics Division for Treasury Departmental Offices clients. OCE is the only vendor that is capable of acquiring parts, services and software for this particular product. This action will result in a Firm Fix Priced contract for a 12 month period of performance from December 26, 2011 through December 25, 2012. This requirement is Subject to Availability of Fiscal Year 2012 Funds. The NAICS code is 811212 and size standard is $25,000,000.00. This announcement is in accordance with FAR 6.302. This is a notice of intent to award using other than full and open competition and should not be considered a request for competitive proposals. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS AVAILABLE. A request for more information or a copy of the solicitation will not be considered a response. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Responses to this notice must be emailed to Andrew Greenfield at Andrew.J.Greenfield@ris.gov. All responses must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Wednesday, December 21, 2011, and will be considered by the Government. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the services required and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's bona fide capability to provide these services. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Any responses received as a result of this notice, shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. Responses will NOT be considered as either proposals or bids. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition, based upon any written responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
