- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a RFQ is attached. This a brand name solicitation in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) (1). The solicitation number is M67854-11-Q-4852. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-37. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541512 with a small business size standard of $25.0 million. The Supply Schedule for this procurement is 7030. CLINs 0001- 0002 “ PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENT To include 12 months maintenance. Period of Performance: Date of award through one year. FAR PROVISIONS: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -Commercial, applies to this acquisition and any addenda to the provision. EVALUATION PROCEDURES: The Government will select the best overall offer based on lowest price technically acceptable. FAR CLAUSES: The following clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and any of the additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are applicable to the acquisition. To be eligible for an award, all contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. A contractor can contact the CCR by calling 1-888-227-2423 or e-mail at http://www.ccr.gov. NO EXCEPTIONS. A DUNS (Dun and Bradstreet) number is required in order to register.
