- Description
- Hill AFB is contemplating a contract for Logistic support of Hill AFB engineering and technical data. The primary objective of this task is to support sustainment and administration of engineering and technical data residing in the Comprehensive Integrated Tech Order Management System (CITOMS), Joint Computer Aided Logistics Systems (JCALS), Joint Engineering Data Management Information and Control Systems (JEDMICS). Sustainment efforts include standardizing item metadata entries, uploading items to specific digital data repositories, JCALS/CITOMS data entry process, CITOMS program management, Standard Generalized Markup Language (SGML) authoring, as well as Information Technology (IT) Program Management for hardware and software supporting CITOMS. Contract type: 2.5 year FFP contract Period of performance: Base will be 6 months with two (2) option years, option 3 may be exercised in accordance with FAR clause 52.217-8, option to Extend Services, as necessary Basic: 30-Jun-2012 to 29-Dec-2012 Option 1: 30-Dec-2012 to 29-Dec-2013 Option 2: 30-Dec-2013 to 29-Dec-2014 Option 3: 30-Dec-2014 to 29-Jun-2015 CLIN: 0001-0301 - Technical 0002-0302 - Travel Option - 0003-0303 - TODPS Option - 0004-0304 - ATOS Offerors will be given 30 days to submit a proposal, starting from date of issue of solicitation. Anticipated RFP release date is 28-Dec-2012. Anticipated performance start date is 30 Jun 2012. A 90 day transition period starting 28 March 2012 will be required for all offerors except the incumbent.
