- Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic (SSC-LANT), Charleston, SCintends to issue a modification to increase the overall ceiling of mutiple award contracts N65236-06-D-8142 with Caprock Government Solutions, N65236-06-D-8143 with L-3 Global Communications Solutions (L3-GCS), N65236-06-D-8144 with Globecomm Systems, N65236-06-D-8145 with SWE-DISH Satellite Systems, N65236-06-D-8146 with Tampa Microwave Lab, N65236-06-D-8147 with Telecommunications Systems, and N65236-06-D-8148 with United Electronics Corporation. This contract ceiling increase in the amount of $7,000,000 is for the purchase of additional 1.2M Satcom terminals w/spares and options which is to be sole sourced to L-3 GCS. The 1.2M L3-GCS terminal is the only Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) certified terminal authorized for use on the Special Operations Command (SOCOM) and the Military Information Support Organization (MISO) satellite network. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Comments shall be submitted to Layne Dellinger, Code 2231LD, SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic via email: david.dellinger@navy.mil no later than 04 January 2012.
