- NSN: 6685-01-584-0785 Monitor, Heat Stress. The approved source is 3M Company, CAGE 76381, part number QT-48N. Quantity Variance is zero. An approved bid-set or technical data package is not available. NSN is a Commercial Item. FOB is Destination and Inspection/Acceptance is Destination. The required delivery is 30 days ARO. The solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Quantity Contract with a 1- year Base Period and four 1-year Option Periods.
