- This is a sources sought announcement seeking business responses in order to determine business capability to perform this acquisition and to conduct market research. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office - Fort Myer, VA will consider setting this requirement aside for small business firms if market research supports doing so. MICC-ICO - Fort Myer, VA is seeking information on business sources that can provide a Sousaphone for the U.S. Army Band at Fort Myer, VA.
